Clay Target
Army Clay Target Championships Results 2017
The aim of the ATSC-CT Section is to represent clay target shooting across the regular Army, representing all disciplines and individuals regardless of ability in order to provide competitive and recreational sport.
The ATSC-CT has enjoyed another hugely successful year. The Army team continues to see a steady rise in membership and regional and unit shoots remain well supported. The South African tour was a great success and we look forward to hosting a reciprocal visit in 2015. CT courses are regularly over-subscribed and there has been a plethora of bids for CT equipment to either enhance existing grounds or to build new ones. The FOE for next year is busier and more exciting than ever – so we have much to look forward to.
Army Team
The new ATSC-CT League will commence in Mar 14 with bi-monthly training days / shoots. The league is open to all non Army team members within the ATSC-CT and participants will be considered as part of the Development Squad (DS). In order to be considered for the Army team individuals will be required to register with the ATSC-CT Secretary and to attend a minimum of three of the four training days and four of the six shoots. They will also need to achieve a CPSA B class classification as per the Army Directive. Those not aspiring to the Army team may attend as many or as few events as their diaries allow.
